Wait List & Priority Enrollment Details: 
Waiting List Students are placed on a Waiting List Status when registering in a Program that is currently full, or when registering with more than 6 months in advance. To be placed on the waiting list, a $150 non-refundable fee must be paid. The registration fee is processed upon receipt. The following priorities are used in determining admissions: 1. Siblings of currently enrolled students 2. Full time students 3. Balancing of ages and gender in each classroom 4. Date of application Parents will be contacted to update them on the status on the waiting list 6 months before the desired date of enrollment or when a spot opens up. Enrollment To secure a spot we ask families to complete our Enrollment Contract and pay a non-refundable deposit of $1000.00. This payment will secure your child’s space. Please note your non-refundable deposit will be credited to your last month. Families are asked to provide a minimum of 30 days written notification of any intent to withdraw a child from the program. ETHOS reserves the right of keeping this deposit if less than 30 days is provided.
