About the Program: 
School in the Hills is a private Montessori school in Austin, Texas. We offer unique and diverse Montessori programs for toddlers, preschool and Kindergarten age children. We also provide before and after school care for neighborhood elementary students. Our commitment is to bring quality education to children in the Four Points area of Austin including: Grandview Hills, Steiner Ranch and River Place. We believe Montessori education is not only a methodology but also a way of life. School in the Hills nurtures and leads children through a physical, intellectual, and social-emotional path. Our class environments are well prepared to meet the children’s every need and interest. When children are introduced to their academic foundation through self-discovery and fun, they can move through their school career driven by an inner desire to learn. At School in the Hills, children are given opportunities to use their creative drive in a format that fits their individual learning style. Through our guidance, children are able to discover their own values. They learn to adapt and problem solve, and there is no greater gift our Montessori program could give a child.
