About the Program:
Hi, I'm Sophie! I'm a stay at home mom of three with a bachelors degree from Oregon State University. Before opening up Little Birds in October 2010, I worked in the corporate world for 10 years, realizing along the way that I wanted to stay at home with my kids and start a new venture in child care. I have A TON of experience working with infants, toddlers, and school-age children. In fact, every job I ever had before receiving my degree in business administration was in child care/child development. My philosophy on child care is simple: treat all children under my care like they are my own. This extends the emotional support they receive at home, while encouraging positive behavior in our daycare.
