About the Program:
Hebrew Preparatory School's philosophy is that a school can provide both the best secular and Jewish education. The quality of one does not have to be sacrificed for the other.
HPS believes in welcoming and including all Jews regardless of observance or affiliation. Our philosophy is truly non-judgmental and this is reflected in our student body which is composed of the entire gamut of American and International Jews from the affiliated to non-affiliated.
Walk through our halls and you’ll feel the Ruach (spirit) and the passion that our children and teachers have for learning and life. Students’ colorful paintings line the walls. Songs echo from the classrooms and elementary school. Students do science experiments in the halls to test the laws of physics.
HPS is alive with tradition, exploration and learning. As we strive to make our children excellent students, we also strive to make them mensches--wonderful, caring people with solid Jewish values.
