About the Program:
The mission of Colibri Spanish Immersion Preschool is to provide a stimulating Montessori-based environment that will help children develop the attitudes, skills, and ideas that are foundational to learning. Children will be fully immersed in the Spanish language as soon as they begin their day.
Maria Montessori recognized in her daily observations of children that they are self-motivated to explore and learn about the world around them. Montessori methods and materials encourage children to observe, to think, and to judge. Guided by Montessori’s example our role as educators is to prepare a safe and stimulating environment in which our students will develop healthy relationships and emotional intelligence.
